Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as processing begins immediately.

If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund unless defective or damaged.
